It took a while to hear back, because apparently my message needed a little vacation first. But once they did respond, they were actually helpful and got things sorted out.

I ordered from theoodie.com because my friend has one and I loved how soft and cozy hers felt. Mine showed up and just didn’t seem the same. The tags looked a little different, the stitching wasn’t quite right, and the fabric felt less soft than I expected. Maybe it’s just a weird batch, but it made me wonder if it was authentic. Delivery was fine, but I’m not thrilled with the product, and I don’t really trust customer service to give me a straight answer if I ask about it.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than it should. At this point it kind of feels like they’re hoping I’ll just stop following up, which is frustrating.

The box showed up ripped and crushed, which was disappointing. I also expected clearer instructions on how to handle or set everything up once it arrived.

The Oodie itself is really nice and comfy, but wow, the delivery took way longer than I expected. After a while I started worrying I’d been fooled or that my order wasn’t coming at all. It did eventually arrive, but the wait was annoying.

Not gonna lie, I was excited to buy an Oodie, but the website made it more annoying than it needed to be. Some pages were slow to load, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way.
The checkout part was a little confusing too. I ended up going back a couple of times to double-check sizing and shipping details. I did manage to place the order in the end, but the whole experience definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped...

I tried placing an order on The Oodie and, unless I’m missing something, the discount code seemed to apply at first but then disappeared right at the payment step. My card ended up being charged the higher amount. I contacted support, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really fix anything. Maybe I should’ve double-checked more before paying, but it was still really frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but this feels a lot thinner than I thought it would. It seems like the heat escapes quickly too, so I’m not sure it’s as warm as advertised.

I really loved this at first because it was super cozy and soft for the first few months. But after a handful of washes, the fleece started getting flat and the seams began coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I’m a bit disappointed, and if I bought it again I’d probably keep a closer eye on the return window or wait for a sale.

At this point I’m frustrated enough that I’d be raising it with customer service if I hadn’t already decided it’s probably more hassle than it’s worth. It just feels overpriced for what you actually get, and I definitely wouldn’t buy another one.

It took way longer than expected, the tracking barely updated, and every time I contacted support I got some vague reply that didn’t really help. I wasted so much time and energy checking for updates and trying to get a straight answer. Definitely not worth the stress — I should’ve just waited or ordered somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. After about 10 minutes it started feeling heavy and a little itchy, and the neck area sat in a weird spot. To be fair, this might fit someone else better, but I kept taking it off because it got annoying quickly.

I was hoping to buy a specific Oodie as a gift because I had a colour in mind that felt perfect, but it was out of stock for ages. I kept checking back expecting it to be restocked or at least see some kind of update, but there wasn’t much to go on.

In the end I chose a different one and it turned out fine, so I’m not unhappy with it. It just didn’t quite match what I’d expected to get, and clearer stock updates would’ve made the whole thing a bit less frustrating.

I bought it mainly for softness, so that was a letdown. That said, it might just bother my skin more than it would for someone else, and the overall look is still fine

This just wasn’t my vibe at all. The whole design feels super bulky, and the patterns are so loud they come off kind of childish. It looked like a clunky fashion disaster in person, not something I’d wear out or even lounge around in at home. Definitely not cute for me.

Wanted something simple but still nice, and didn’t see much that stood out. Site was easy enough to use, though. Just wish there were more plain colors and better patterns to choose from.
